For non-personalized QR Plaques like this product, customers may return the item within 14 days of receipt to receive a full refund or replacement. To be eligible for a refund, the plaque must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received.

Should your non-personalized plaque be defective, kindly contact our customer support team within 3 working days of receiving the item to arrange a refund or replacement. In these instances, we will bear the expense of return shipping.
